Gynecological Fast Care: same-day gynecological consultations

Gynecological Fast Care is a private service offered by Casa di Cura La Madonnina, providing same-day gynecological or obstetric-gynecological consultation with ultrasound in Milan for non-emergency conditions.

Consultations are performed at La Madonnina private clinic by highly qualified specialists in Gynecology and Obstetrics.

Service hours and fees

The service is:

• available year-round, including public holidays;
• operating from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
• provided on a private-pay basis (not covered by insurance agreements or the National Health Service).

Consultation with ultrasound fees:

• €400 (Monday–Friday)
• €550 (weekends and public holidays)

Any additional investigations, including diagnostic imaging, blood tests, or other procedures, as well as possible hospitalization, will be arranged according to Casa di Cura La Madonnina’s official price list.

 

When to access the service

Gynecological Fast Care is appropriate for gynecological or obstetric-gynecological conditions requiring prompt but non-urgent evaluation, including, but not limited to:

• bleeding between menstrual cycles or during the first trimester of pregnancy;
• persistent nausea and/or vomiting during early pregnancy;
• other non-urgent symptoms occurring during the first trimester;
• persistent pelvic or genital pain;
• vaginal discharge associated with pain or itching;
• difficulty urinating or urinary retention;
• non-urgent symptoms related to uterine fibroids or endometriosis.

Gynecological Fast Care is designed for situations requiring accurate gynecological or obstetric evaluation within a short timeframe, without constituting an emergency.

The service allows targeted and safe management of female gynecological conditions while optimizing diagnostic and treatment timelines.

• If appropriate, the consultation with ultrasound will be scheduled and performed at our Clinic.
